At the personal exhibition "LIne. In Search of Identity" by Scrawlgrapher Tatiana Kramarenko, the audience was shocked that art is born from random scrawl.

This is the first personal exhibition of the artist and Tatiana has prepared for the audience wonder that no one has seen before.

To immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the exhibition, I suggest you first read its concept, and then I will give you a virtual mini-tour of the exhibition.
Exhibition concept
Line… Black line…

Or maybe it's the inscription "Black on White" ?!

But if the line is random and looks like chaos, then how to read it ?!

Or maybe you don't need to decipher it?!

But it's so interesting that this line hides.

LIne… I… Or maybe a line is me?! Maybe this chaos is all my thoughts that are intertwined with each other?!

The chaotic line is so strange and mysterious, but it is in this doodle that everyone will find a reflection of their thoughts and their unique subconscious - their identity.

In the same scrawl, each person sees something of his own - his own unique image. We cannot think like another person.

Scrawlgraphy is a very gamble art, because creating a random doodle, you never know in advance what image the chaotic line will "present".

At the exhibition “LIne. In Search of Identity” presents artworks born from the lines of random scrawl. In addition, you can feel like a scrawlgrapher and try to find your images.

Usually after immersion in the world of scrawlgraphy, people begin to notice many wonderful opportunities in everyday chaos, so difficult life situations turn into interesting tasks that can be solved by looking at the situation from another view.

Experiment! You don't know what you're capable of until you try.
Now begins a virtual tour of the world of doodles at the exhibition "LIne. In Search of Identity".

The theater begins with a hanger, and the exhibition with a poster. It shows the first painting in the style of scrawl (See below. Flip to see a digital copy of the original and the scrawl from which it was created). The creative path of the scrawlgrapher Tatiana Kramarenko began with her.
The journey through the exhibition begins with paintings belonging to the series "Scrawlflow". Such paintings begin with paint spilled on the canvas, forming a random scrawl. And while the paint is in a liquid state, I immediately complement the found image. Thus 2 streams of paint are combined into one.

Under each artwork there was a photo of a scrawl in which the corresponding image was found. It helps to dive deeper into the mysterious world of scrawl, to understand how characters are born, and also allows you to find other images in these scrawl.

Especially for visitors to my site, I posted below photos of artwork and random scrawl from which they were created.
The following is a 3D-scrawl, which was first implemented in the Hot Art Hall gallery (Lviv, Ukraine). But it's not just a scrawl-sculpture. Anyone could twist it and see how its shadow changes. Next to it hung four artworks created from the shadows of this 3D-scrawl. The audience was delighted to find out from which position the images were created. This caused great admiration and surprise of visitors to the exhibition. In addition, you could take a artwork of the shadow, draw the image you found on your smartphone and share it on social media.

Next we step to the information about the author of the exhibition - scrawlgrapher Tatiana Kramarenko. And next to 6 self-portraits that reflect different stages of life and different states of the artist: Alien, scrawlgrapher, woman... Determination, inspiration, tenderness... Care, self-knowledge, harmony...
Then the characters from the series "Scrawlflow". Here are the paintings "Another", "Such#1", "Such#2", "Scatterbrained", "Volunteer" and "Sir Ivan".

In the artwork "Another" everyone finds his image, because it encrypts more than 7 characters.
Next we move on to the series "Scrawlpaintings". Here are the paintings "Ms. Self-Sufficiency", "Woman's Relax", "Joker VS Clown" and "Queen of Nature".

Each work in the series "Scrawlpaintings" is a artwork created by paints on canvas.

The artwork begins with an intuitive choice of colors and creating a background. Then - "free dance" of the hand on the canvas, scraping the scrawl on fresh paint. This trace is created, blindly, and without thinking about the result. Just scrawl, just random lines.

Then unique images are born from the lines of scrawl.
Nearby is a large work "Identity", which includes graphic work from the series "Scrawlgraphics". These works can be seen in more detail by clicking here.

"Cheerful, surprised, alien, funny, dreamy, strange, funny, unusual, cute, special ... Everyone is so different and it's great!" - says scrawlgrapher Tatiana Kramarenko
The route of the exposition is completed by "Lviv Doodle". This is a 90x90 cm canvas on which random scrawl were created by the scrawlgrapher Tatiana Kramarenko. Everyone could draw the image they knew in them.

A unique artwork was created, created together by children, women and men.
On the opening day, scrawlgrapher Tatiana Kramarenko held a free master class in scrawlgraphy for all comers (no age restrictions).

Participants were delighted with the new equipment and impressed with their results.
The world of scrawlgraphy is as boundless as the universe!

But you never know what you're capable of until you try to do it.
Believe in yourself and in you everything will work out!
